How It Works
1. Conference Call
We connect the material shipper directly to the truck owner by arranging a secure conference call to initiate the process.
2. Verification
The truck owner shares the live location of the truck, along with photos of the truck and themselves to ensure absolute trust.
3. Agreement
Both parties agree on the material, weight, rate, loading, unloading, and delivery terms and conditions seamlessly.
4. Fixed Broker Fee
Material shipper and Truck owner both pay us a nominal fixed broker fee of ₹1000 to finalize the agreement.
5. Contact Exchange
Upon receipt of payment from both parties, we share the direct contact numbers of the truck owner and the shipping party.
6. Trust & Safety
Any party dishonoring the agreement is permanently blacklisted from TrucksHub and not entertained for future business requirements.
